Residential Mental Health Treatment
Our residential care accommodates four people in a 685 square-foot suite. Each suite is spacious and has its own kitchen, shower, microwave, and refrigerator. Every residential patient receives three meals a day, snacks, a robust activity schedule, and a treatment plan tailored to their goals. Our unique hospitable setting includes intensive care to arrest the progression of the disorder while providing the individual with autonomy and the comfort of care in a small, hope-giving, individually tailored psychiatric setting.
Our luxury RTC (residential treatment center for crisis stabilization) offers a temporary, structured, warm, nutritious environment to lay the foundation for the hard work that takes place in PHP and IOP. Medicine and schedule help reduce the stress, but the real changes in the nervous system come from our hospitality, the beauty of the surroundings, and a certain peace that comes from a high caliber of service.
Our hospitality-first crisis stabilization is 24 hours of care, open 365 days per year. Crisis stabilization can take just 3-4 weeks when you have the right team of experts. Anxiety and sadness are highly receptive to this professional but personalized setting. Stress decreases as you make fewer decisions each day, engage in breathwork to reset your response to stimuli, and nonjudgmentally accept the feedback your body is giving you.

Addressing Attention and Focus in Adult Mental Health Treatment
While the journal article focuses on the impact of digital devices on children's attention spans and cognitive development, the themes of addressing attention and focus are also highly relevant to adult mental health treatment.
Research suggests that excessive use of technology can lead to difficulties with attention and focus, a phenomenon sometimes referred to as “digital dementia.” At Solstice, our adult inpatient residential treatment program recognizes the potential impact of technology on mental health and incorporates evidence-based therapies to help clients develop healthy habits and coping mechanisms.
Our integrative psychiatry approach combines conventional psychiatric treatments with complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies, such as yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy. By addressing the mind-body connection and incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities, we aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive treatment plan that supports long-term recovery.
Creating a supportive environment is also crucial to the success of our adult inpatient residential treatment program. We offer a structured, nurturing setting where individuals can focus on their mental health without the distractions and stressors of daily life—by providing a consistent routine, healthy meals, and opportunities for physical activity and recreation, we help our clients develop the skills and resilience needed to manage their symptoms and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
